Recently, an audit expert team from the Korea Testing & Research Institute for Chemical Industry (KTR) visited Jingye Steel to conduct an on-site JIS certification audit for steel plate exports to Japan. After three days of comprehensive and rigorous document review, on-site inspections, and process verification, Jingye Steel successfully passed this authoritative audit, thanks to its superior product quality, standardized production control, and well-established quality management system.

JIS certification is a core authoritative standard in Japan's industrial sector and a mandatory qualification for steel products entering the Japanese market. It imposes extremely stringent requirements on product process precision, quality stability, and production management systems. This audit covered two major JIS standards – JIS G3101 (rolled steels for general structure) and JIS G3106 (rolled steels for welded structure) – encompassing a total of ten grades: SS330/SS400, SM400A/B/C, and SM490A/B/C/YA/YB, covering the entire steel plate production process. During the audit, the expert team highly recognized the company's standardized production processes, refined quality control management, and professional testing capabilities.
