National Highway G331 is a national-level border-opening tourism corridor, listed as a key transport project under the "14th Five-Year Plan," with a total investment exceeding RMB 4 billion. It connects townships, cultural tourism attractions, and specialized industrial bases along the Yalu River, playing a strategically significant role in improving the road network in eastern Liaoning's border region and driving rural revitalization and development along the frontier.

The total order volume amounts to 2,633 tonnes, serving as the primary steel material for the bridge structures of Section 2 of the project, undertaken by China Railway 11th Bureau Group. The products feature Q345qD bridge-specific steel plates, all meeting the Z15 resistance to lamellar tearing requirements and Class II flaw detection standards as per national specifications. The order covers multiple customized thickness specifications, suitable for key structural components such as steel box girders, arch ribs, high-pier bearings, and embedded load-bearing plates, matching the construction standards and service environment of the alpine border roads.
