In his speech, Mr. Cao Xiaoguang noted that the steel industry is currently facing multiple pressures, including supply-demand imbalances and rising raw material costs. However, demand for high-end steel products remains positive, and low-carbon transformation has become an overarching trend. The conference featured a rich agenda, with several industry experts taking the stage. Professor Shi Lei, Director of the Public Economic Research Center at Fudan University and a specially appointed decision-making consultant to the Shanghai Municipal Government, delivered a keynote on "Key Priorities for China's Steel Industry Medium- and Long-Term High-Quality Development from the Perspective of the 15th Five-Year Plan." Mr. Niu Jiantao, Global EMBA from CEIBS and Senior Advisor to the CEIBS Supply Chain Innovation Institute, offered an in-depth analysis on "China's Solutions for Global Steel – Opportunities and Strategies for Going Global," examining pathways for overseas expansion and interpreting China's role in global steel development. A panel discussion followed, where experts engaged in exchanges on macroeconomic trends and commodity strategies. Mr. Wang Jianhua, Chief Analyst at Shanghai Ganglian, presented a review and outlook on the Chinese steel market.

During the award ceremony for outstanding distributors, Mr. Du Jiangchuan, Deputy Director of the Building Materials Marketing Department at Jingye Group's Sales Headquarters, presented the "2025–2026 First-Tier Distributor" plaques to Shanghai Zhutai Materials Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yutuo Industrial Co., Ltd., marking the beginning of a collaborative partnership to provide high-quality products and professional services to end customers.
