Cold rolled products
Jingye Steel's cold series products are mainly divided into four categories: cold plate, galvanized, aluminum zinc coated, and color coated. They can produce cold-rolled products with a thickness of 0.3mm-2.5mm, and special specifications can be customized to meet customers' personalized needs.
The products are positioned as high-end and premium items. They have successfully passed the IATF 16949 quality management certification in the international automotive industry, as well as the Japanese and Korean standards.
Galvanized and aluminized zinc base plates are available, and the zinc content can be flexibly customized according to customer needs.
Five galvanizing production lines have been built, with a designed production capacity of 1.5 million tons. They meet the surface requirements of high corrosion resistance and no zinc flowers, mainly for deep drawing and high-strength products.
Two aluminum-zinc plating production lines have been built to meet the surface requirements of high corrosion resistance and no zinc flowers, mainly for deep drawing and high-strength products.
