Recently, the Jingye Steel High-Grade Steel Processing Service Center held its grand opening ceremony, marking a major milestone in Jingye Steel’s transformation from a traditional steel manufacturer to a materials solutions service provider. The new center is set to drive the development of high-end manufacturing industries with advanced steel processing capabilities.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Zong Shuming, Secretary-General of Hebei Metal Materials Circulation Association; Cheng Huan, Deputy General Manager of Hebei Logistics Group Metal Materials Co., Ltd.; Ma Yanqi, Sales General Manager of Shijiazhuang Colin Electric; Chen Lijie, Deputy General Manager of Jingye Group and General Manager of the High-Grade Steel Division; and Ma Lijiang, General Manager of the Sales Corporation.
At the opening, Chen Lijie delivered a speech, highlighting that the construction of the processing service center adhered to Jingye Group’s “Four First-Class” high standards. Industry-leading experts were involved throughout the project to ensure top-notch precision processing capabilities. The center’s advanced production lines can precisely meet the high-end processing requirements of industries such as automotive and home appliances. This launch represents a key step in extending the service chain of high-grade steel and deepening engagement with end markets, marking a significant leap in Jingye Group’s transition from steel manufacturing to manufacturing services.
Over the next two years, the High-Grade Steel Division plans to establish six processing centers to build a comprehensive service network, continuously creating value for customers and fostering win-win partnerships across the industry.
Subsequently, Zong Shuming and Ma Yanqi delivered speeches, expressing that the commissioning of the High-Grade Steel Processing Service Center provides stronger material support for industries such as home appliances and automotive, and they look forward to deepening cooperation with Jingye Group. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held amid warm applause, officially marking the operational launch of the center. Guests then toured the full processing workflow, praising the precision machining, intelligent production layout, and standardized management of the center.
As the core service platform of the High-Grade Steel Division, the center features high-precision slitting and high-speed flying shear lines, capable of processing steel from 0.3 to 3.0 mm in thickness and up to 1,650 mm in width. This dual-line setup supports both high-volume, standardized production and flexible, small-batch, short-lead-time processing, providing customers with customized steel solutions.
Focusing on the home appliance and automotive sectors, the center delivers:
Home appliances: precision processing for refrigerator and air-conditioner panels, with a “surface worry-free” guarantee and JIT delivery.
Automotive: tackling high-strength steel processing challenges for seat frames, body structures, and other components, providing high-precision processing and material optimization to help customers reduce costs and improve efficiency.
The service center builds a customer-value-oriented, full-process service system, integrating technical collaboration, flexible production, lean logistics, and full quality traceability to offer end-to-end material solutions, from material selection to finished product delivery.
