Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China released the second batch of high-level quality management enterprises. Jingye Steel has successfully been recognized as a “Guaranteed Level” enterprise for its quality management capability. This national-level certification not only demonstrates that the company’s steel production quality management meets the highest national standards but also highlights its core competitiveness in high-end manufacturing through quality and innovation.

The assessment is based on the “Evaluation Standard for Quality Management Capability of Manufacturing Enterprises,” covering four core dimensions: system construction, digital quality control, sustainable development, and quality performance. Jingye Steel leveraged its ISO9001 quality management system, coordinated with the Group’s metrology and inspection department, and conducted a comprehensive self-assessment against 31 key performance indicators focusing on digital quality management, technological innovation, and customer requirement responsiveness. The company strictly adhered to “verifying every data point, tracing all processes, and controlling every link,” ensuring accurate, objective, and standardized self-evaluation results.

With a robust quality management system and leading digital quality control capabilities, Jingye Steel successfully passed the on-site expert review, earning high recognition from industry specialists. Its main products, including steel plates and steel billets, bars, and wire products, have obtained multiple international certifications, including British, Korean, American standards, EU CE, and IATF16949, aligning product quality standards with international benchmarks and maintaining a leading position in the industry.

In the era of digital intelligence in quality management, Jingye Steel actively promotes the integration of “digital intelligence + quality.” In the pre-steelmaking process, the company introduced an advanced blast furnace expert system, simulating furnace operations with AI to provide raw material alerts, material distribution adjustment, and abnormal furnace diagnosis. In the steel rolling process, in collaboration with Beijing University of Science and Technology, Jingye Steel developed the Steel Rolling Quality Analysis and Traceability System, covering the entire process from steelmaking to hot and cold rolling, enabling one-click traceability within three seconds and providing strong technical support for high-end steel product quality stability.
